We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time without prior notice. If a material outage prevents reasonable access to paid features, we may offer a proportional credit or refund at our discretion.
6. Payment
Fees for WynSeller services must be paid as outlined on our website. Payments are processed via third-party vendors, and we do not store your full payment details.
7. Subscriptions
WynSeller operates on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Fees are non-transferable. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, and plan changes will be applied according to the billing rules shown in your account.
8. Trial and Onboarding Access
We may offer a free profit audit or limited onboarding access for evaluation purposes. Promotional access does not guarantee continued availability of paid features and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Refunds may be issued within 7 days of purchase if paid features have not been materially used. No refunds are guaranteed after substantial usage or for partial billing periods.
10. License and Use of Services
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use WynSeller. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or misuse any part of the Services, nor use the platform for unlawful activity.
11. Third-Party Services
WynSeller may integrate with third-party services including ecommerce, shipping, advertising, analytics, and payment platforms. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party platforms or their security practices.
12. Intellectual Property
WynSeller, its content, trademarks, and logos are the exclusive property of WYN ECOSYSTEM COMPANY LIMITED. You may not use them without prior written permission.
13. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
WynSeller is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you to us in the prior three months.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. No refunds will be provided for termination for cause.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
